Account/Field Sales Executive £20,000 basic + commission
We are an established Software Company looking for an Account/Field Sales Executive to join our new business team on a permenant basis, offering comprehensive software and strategic solutions for property professionals. Full training on all aspects of the role will be provided including the property industry, in house systems, b2b consultative selling and the solutions we provide.
Candidates should be self-motivated and organized, they should be able to demonstrate an aptitude and ambition over the long term to build a career in property solutions. You will be working in a close knit and supportive team, with marketing and administrational support. We are primarily UK based but some foreign travel may be required to Ireland, Central Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The role would suit anyone seeking a new challenge and career direction in a rapidly expanding, culture based environment. Successful applicants will have excellent communication skills, influencing skills and a determination to succeed.
This represents an excellent opportunity within a very professional, market leading and successful company. Earnings are not restricted but year 1 targeted performance would be £58,000.00 plus substantial benefits.
Please note a company car usually comes into force around the third month of passing probation, however prior to this a pool car will be provided as you will need the car for day to day sales demonstrations.
Main duties include:
- Using established database to create new appointments face to face and online
- Upsell other software packages to generate business
- Answering inbound phone enquiries
- Order administration
- Negotiating contracts
- Building client bases and relationships via social media and face to face meetings
