GrowCreate are looking for a talented Digital Project Manager to facilitate and oversee the delivery of our projects. You will create project plans, monitor day-to-day communications and ensure the projects run on time, on budget and to specification. This role sits within the Delivery team, reporting to the Head of Delivery, and working closely with the Development team.

Smooth running of projects is paramount to our operations, driven both by our clients’ demands, as well as production efficiency. To meet this level, we need the PM to ensure that:

  • Communication flows between client and the team
  • Projects are delivered on time, budget and to specification
  • Senior Management is kept up-to-date of progress

Primary accountabilities

The PMs primary responsibilities involve the following processes and deliverables:

  • Lead the planning and day-to-day running of projects
  • As Scrum Master, oversee and improve our agile process
  • Co-ordinate resources and define project tasks
  • Facilitate meetings, from UA to interim updates, QA and training
  • Author project plans, requirements and handover documentation
  • Manage project budget and timescales
  • Regular report of progress against targets to directors

Required skills

  • Minimum 5 years of digital project management
  • Organised and methodical approach to work
  • Excellent people management and communication skills
  • Proven ability to deliver digital projects on time and on budget
  • In-depth knowledge of digital workflow, from UX to QA and deployment
  • Experience with project tools and methodologies
  • A positive attitude with a commercial edge
  • Experience with agile methodologies and CMSs a plus
